What do drawn families receive?

As a thank you, selected families will receive a complimentary Family Portraiture Experience (up to 6 members) with multi-award winning, renowned portrait artist, Michael Coy.

A 14" Legacy Portrait ($3000 value)

However, there is never any purchase necessary. And you can be assured we’ll never firstly ask if you want to purchase additional portrait art beyond your gifts, this is 100% guaranteed in writing for you.

What should we wear?

Just like ya read earlier…Country, Casual & Comfy! Matching or complimentary outfits are always the best, especially if you want to create a truly special and timeless legacy portrait of your family. Denim and blues are winners for sure. To make things real easy for ya, we’ll it’s time to relax, be yourselves and create an amazing family portrait for ya’ll!

Where?

Portrait sessions take place at our studio-gallery in the beautiful, family-friendly Sutton Station located in the Southpoint area of Durham, NC conveniently located 1/2 mile off I-40.

How long will my family’s session take?

Portrait sessions are usually only around 45-minutes, and afterwards, you get to select your gifted 14" legacy portrait print during your gallery premiere & selection experience on our jumbo screen. Which takes place about 60-minutes after your portrait session.

Also, we’ll have fresh popcorn made for everyone during your gallery premiere. So you’ll have a fun popcorn, movie-like experience that kiddos absolutely LOVE!

And your child/children can enjoy a magical movie on Disney + in our studio if they want to while you select your gifted regal portrait.

*Most families enjoy getting a quick bite to eat at the popular pizza restaurant or other restaurants next-door during the 60-mins while we prepare your gallery. Which is always a great opportunity for a family fun-day and taking a break from the kitchen at home.

Do I have to purchase anything?

Absolutely not, there is no purchase necessary. And if you’re interested in any additional portrait art beyond your 14” legacy portrait gift print, you would have to let the studio know. As the studio will never firstly ask any model call family if they want to purchase additional portrait art beyond their free gifts. This is a guarantee from Coy Fine Art Portraits to you and your family and it is also backed in writing on the signed agreement.

Also because your portrait artist travels from out of town and session dates/times are limited. To avoid no-shows or last minute cancellations a refundable reservation deposit is needed to secure any requested session date on our calendar, which will be refunded the day your scheduled portraiture experience takes place. You’ll also receive a receipt after you post your RRD when you select the date/time you want. Desired dates cannot be put on hold or reserved without an RRD.

Can I purchase additional portrait art beyond my 14” Portrait gift?

Yes, of course. You'll have the opportunity to purchase portrait art of your family at your gallery premiere & selection experience.

As mentioned above if you're interested in any additional portrait art beyond your 14" portrait gift you would have to let us know. As creating an amazingly wonderful experience for every family is a priority at Coy Fine Art Portraits. We never ask anyone if they want to purchase additional portrait art beyond their free gifts.

Terms & Conditions

If families don’t claim their prize within 24-hrs of being notified, the session/gifts will be forfeited and passed on to the next entrant on the waiting list. And we only have the availability to attempt to contact families twice.

Also because your portrait artist travels from out of town and session dates/times are limited. To avoid no-shows or last minute cancellations a refundable reservation deposit is needed to secure any requested session date on our calendar, which will be refunded the day your scheduled portraiture experience takes place. You’ll also receive a receipt after you post your RRD when you select the date/time you want. Desired dates cannot be put on hold or reserved without an RRD.

No employees or assistants will be in attendance. It will only be the portrait artist Michael Coy and 1 family in the gallery at a time. Because of this, for liability purposes, all heads of households must be in attendance for your family’s portraiture experience to take place.
