The promoter is: Coy Studios Inc. The competition is open to residents of the United States of America aged 18 years of age and older. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.To qualify winners must abide by Coy Studios Inc. wardrobe dress code of either semi-formal or formal attire for the portrait session.The remaining rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

1. The deadline for Entries is December 3rd, 2018 at 11:59 pm. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or Man or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event.

2. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

3. The grand prize is as follows: The 1 grand prize winner will receive 1 semi-formal or formal Family Portrait Session, which will take place in-studio at 2308 Canyon View Rd. Fallbrook, Ca 92028. And (1) 10-inch traditionally enhanced Rembrandt Family Portrait on canvas with 1 Museum Classic Frame, which will be claimed at the winners in-person selection experience held at 2308 Canyon View Rd. Fallbrook, Ca 92028. Winning sessions are valid for up to 6-family members total. The total grand prize value is $1500.00.

Runners up prizes are as follows: Runners-up winners will receive 1 semi-formal or formal Family Portrait Session, which will take place in-studio at 2308 Canyon View Rd. Fallbrook, Ca 92028. And (1) 10-inch traditionally enhanced Marquis Family Portrait Print. Which will be claimed at the runners-up in-person selection experience held at 2308 Canyon View Rd. Fallbrook, Ca 92028. Winning sessions are valid for up to 6-family members total. The total prize value is $750.00.

The prize is as stated and no cash, credits, redemption’s or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable.

4. Winners will be chosen via random drawing selection from all entries received and verified by promoter and or its agents.

5. The winners will be notified by email and/or phone within 7 days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.

A $25.00 refundable retainer is required by the winners to secure their portrait session booking. The $25.00 retainer will be refunded back to the winners after their selection experience takes place.

6. The promoter will notify the winners when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.

7. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

9. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by United States of America law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United States of America.

10. The winners agree to the use of his/her and family image(s) in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current U.S.A. data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

12. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
