How much does this cost?

It’s free and there is no purchase necessary. And if you’re interested in any additional portrait art beyond your legacy portrait gift print, you would have to let the studio know. As the studio will never firstly ask any model call family if they want to purchase additional portrait art beyond their free gifts. This is a guarantee from Coy Fine Art Portraits to you and your family and it is also backed in writing on the signed agreement.

Because session dates and times are limited and to avoid no-shows a refundable reservation deposit is needed to secure your requested session date, which will be refunded within 24-hrs after your portraiture experience takes place. You’ll also receive a receipt after you post your RRD when you select the date/time you want. Desired dates cannot be put on hold or reserved without an RRD.

Where?

Portrait sessions take place at our studio-gallery in the beautiful, family-friendly Sutton Station located in the Southpoint area of Durham, NC conveniently located 1/2 mile off I-40.  

How long do sessions take?

Portrait sessions are usually only around 45-minutes, and afterwards, you get to select your gifted legacy portrait print during your gallery premiere & selection experience on our jumbo screen. Which takes place about 60-minutes after your portrait session.

*Most guests enjoy getting a quick bite to eat or a cup of coffee at the popular restaurants next-door during the 60-mins while we prepare your gallery.

Can I purchase additional portrait art beyond my Legacy Portrait gift?

Yes, of course. You'll have the opportunity to purchase portrait art of your family at your gallery premiere & selection experience.

As mentioned above if you're interested in any additional portrait art beyond your portrait gift you would have to let us know. As creating an amazingly wonderful experience for every guest is a priority at Coy Fine Art Portraits. We never ask anyone if they want to purchase additional portrait art beyond their free gifts.

Terms & Conditions

If invited families don’t claim their spot within 24-hrs of being notified, the session/gifts will be forfeited and passed on to the next applicant on the waiting list. And we only have the availability to attempt to contact invited families once.
